Flow Yoga for Entering Deep Stillness of Meditation
Join Elisabeth as she guides a one hour 15-minute class of an intermediate (level 2) playful Prana Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Begin with intention setting & a bit of kirtan, followed by approximately 45 minutes of flowing asanas. End with pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, time for seated silent meditation and ending with savasana. Departure before seated meditation is highly discouraged to not disrupt other participants and for your own healing.
Gentle Stretch, Breathwork and Meditation
Let go of your burdens and go deep within yourself. Suitable for adults and youth (12 to 18 years). Join Elisabeth or a qualified sub for a gentle one-hour class catered to the least advanced person in the room with variations offered for more advanced yogis and yoginis who want to release tension, dive deeper into seated breathwork and meditation.
